The first photographic micro imagery was introduced in the early 1850s using a microscope as the camera to produce collodion transparencies on thin glass microscope slides. These novel curiosities lead to the evolution of modern microcircuitry.
Using the exact 19th century techniques participants will make their own micro-photographs as small as 2mm square based on their own digital files.
The sealed images are permanent and these incredible secret treasures that can be viewed with a small magnifier that is also included.
